| Booking cancellation |

A hotel room is provided to guests only upon presentation of a passport. When staying with children under the age of 14, it is required to provide their birth certificates. For foreign citizens, in addition to a passport, it is necessary to have grounds for staying in the territory of the Russian Federation (visa, residence permit) and a migration card (unless another entry procedure is provided for by the current bilateral international agreements). |
| Smoking |
Smoking is completely forbidden inside the house. Pursuant to the provision of the Act limiting the use of tobacco products in public and enclosed spaces, smoking is not allowed on Hotel premises. Any violation of this Act shall be fined. Smoking is permitted outside the house, please use the ashtrays placed in the yard. |
